I find Bush's revelation that he had no knowledge of the new restrictive border passport regulations amazing. Given that almost certainly nothing as important and politically charged as this would have been implemented without his approval.....unless he is just so spaced out he doesn't bother to read the decisions that come across his desk. He's not that bad, is he?
