Hes obviously pushing it back til May because he is nowhere close to having the votes. The question is will he be able to twist arms enough to get them in May which is doubtful if he can't get them now. I'm thinking Nuclear Option is dead in the water just like social security and potentially John Bolton.

I dont know that Reid expected Bush to hold to his promise, but I think he is mentioning it to show how dishonest Bush is.
