I'm afraid the Dodo hasn't even beed reported in almost 500 years, so the Jurassic Park scenario is about the only way it could come back. The tropics regularly have "extinct" species rediscovered. Even entirely new species of primates have been discovered recently.

Forgive me, but I have never understood why the religious nuts get so bent about evolution being taught in schools. From what I can tell the vast majority slept through class.
