Durbin again today (5/20) brought up Frist's choice of words of Thursday. Good, good. Don't let it be forgotten. Of course, Durbin did it in a "gentle" way, saying how compassionate Frist is, being a doc and all. Gotta play nice and all so as not to turn off the public. But still remind everyone. I expect we'll hear some Dems talk about Santorum's Thursday Hitler boo-boo on Friday.
Keep on pressing...
Posted by Annie C at May 20, 2005 01:46 AMOops, I meant Frist's choice of words of *Wednesday*...
What day is it again??? :-p
Posted by Annie C at May 20, 2005 01:48 AMA nit to pick. It was not "several" Move-on ad contestants that referenced Hitler, it was two. Out of some 1,500 entries.
Posted by val at May 20, 2005 03:34 AMHow bout we just have an "old fashioned" lynching?
Posted by Jesusland Joe at May 20, 2005 04:41 AMI don't want to have a lynching. I want to expose Santorum for the hypocrite he is. Given the topic at hand, I'm stunned that you used that word. You should consider getting in front of it and apologizing before you're sitting in Santorum's seat.
Posted by eRobin at May 20, 2005 05:25 AMlast i heard, li'l ricky was running 15 points behind casey jr. for '06. since he's in the leadership, that could help us in other senate seats since sen. manondog will be too much tap dancing, hemming-and-hawing, flip-flopping, obfuscating and running away from his record to effectively manage the RSCC. Let him call us nazis. shows what an empty suit/infantile zealot/desparate chump he is.
and i, for one, could do without the violent metaphors. except to say we're gonna kick thir asses.
Posted by benjoya at May 20, 2005 08:16 AMi used the word "since" twice in a sentence. i blame the coffee.
Posted by benjoya at May 20, 2005 08:17 AMand it's "despErate, i believe

new to english?
Posted by E.B. White at May 20, 2005 08:33 AMWho's E.B. White? He's obviously never been to New York.
Posted by George Pataki at May 20, 2005 08:34 AMand santorum's not head of the RSCC. I believe his titile is Deputy Majority Douchebag.
Posted by benjoya at May 20, 2005 08:51 AMMake Frist and Santorum toxic? How do you suppose we might do that? With the Republicans owning and controlling the corporate press/media, the chances that most Americans will hear of the latest outrages, let alone have them put into context, are near zero.
I am open to suggestion, of course.
Posted by James E. Powell at May 20, 2005 09:43 AMAnyone interested in helping me blog against Santorum??
I'm hoping to find about 6-10 people to each write a few top-level posts a week about Santorum and why he needs to be dumped for the http://www.dumpsantorum.com blog.
It's a great forum for someone who wants to be more than a just commentor on other blogs, but doesn't have the time to maintain their own site. So, if you want to help rid the U.S. Senate of Rick Santorum this is for you. I'm looking for some bloggers (or anyone who wants to write) to help me do this.
Please email me (Mike Panetta) at mike.panetta(at)dumpsantorum.com and I'll hook you up with password, etc. Please forward this posting on to anyone whom you thing would be interested.
