Yet another one of President Bush’s hard-core appellate nominees – Thomas Griffith – has been confirmed.

The roll call was:

Democrats in favor = 20 (44%).
Republicans in favor = 53 (96%).
Not voting = 3.

Totals: 73-24-3, in favor.

Elections matter.

Yeah they do, why was this one filibustered? Priciples or practitioners not worthy?
