By the thesaurus ridden divisive typed words of the troll, it is obvious "we" are hitting a raw nerve and stiking panic in the cult-like minds of the hate-filled minority in this country.

Hey BM (Bendito Mussolini), do you really believe that your know who the enemy is? Look in the mirror.

Posted by Judith at June 26, 2005 07:36 AM

Benito - what part of Iraq are you or your children stationed?

Anyone else notice how silent the cable "news" has become when talking about Iraq's Civil War and soldier deaths?

Early Friday morning, CNN reported SIX US soldiers dead, 5 of them women.

FAUX just said a convoy was attacked and "some" casualties reported. This was reprted OUTSIDE the top-of-the-hour news, because FAUX was carrying Bush&Co's new talking point - that the "liberal" media spends too much time on death & destruction in Iraq and not enough Happy Iraq stores.

FAUX could not juxtopose the GOP's new talking point with soldiers getting car bombed and then ambushed with machine guns - and the greatest female death number since WWII.

So FAUX just ignored it.

As they, and CNN, and MSGOP, did all weekend.

It is now Sunday, and Lunaville, the only place I could find reporting what happended, states SEVEN troops died Thursday, and 13 women were wounded.

One of the deadliest days for US troops in this Illegal War of Aggression & Spoils, and it is ignored.

Even Pat gets it. Your Right Pat, you are going to lose the 2006 election because your leader is "staying the course."

Pat Buchanan
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The president is not going to get out, so he's got two choices. He can escalate and try to win this thing and change the situation or continue along the present course. And the present course, after the election, seemed to be going well. But we are now in the same rotten situation we were before the election, with casualties at the same rate, more hits on the Iraqis, the Iraqis not taking over. He can't go down this road indefinitely or he will lose the 2006 election.

well, W still has 85%GOP support so that means most red staters still support him and that means W and his cronies are not concerned because they can still win house, senate and presidential races when it counts.

Posted by john at June 26, 2005 11:14 AM

john, congress doesn't have 85% GOP support. they're the ones running.

Posted by benjoya at June 26, 2005 12:06 PM

john,

85% GOP support only means that your base isn't in open revolt, yet. You can't win general elections with only base support, you need at least some independants, even in the red states. Right now, you guys have not only lost it, but your base is getting restless.

Posted by sage at June 26, 2005 12:55 PM

well, W still has 85%GOP

Along with Diebold, that'll give the GOPutzs 112% of the possible 30% of voters who could vote GOPricks during the next election.
