Comments: Pew Poll Shows Bush Losing Ground With Voters on Trustworthiness

In reality none of this matters. Bush is president. He will be president for three and a half more years. He doesn't care what anyone thinks about his image. He is on a path of destroying this Country, and nothing is going to change that fact.

Judith, It does matter because this administration is obsessed with polls and now that the rest of the public is accepting the fact they've been hoodwinked this takes away the lynchpin of bushco's remaining power. This makes bushco politically toxic and will substantially weaken their position with congress. Having the WH's power checked is exactly what we need since we're stuck with them for 3.5 more years.

Judith, it matters because we have a national election in 15 months, and if enough people are fed up with Bush and his parade of crooks and liars, maybe one of the houses of Congress could be evened up or taken over. Can you imagine the fun we could have with a Democrat House or Senate for Bush's last two years?

We keep talking about the 2006 elections like they haven't already been decided!

It will be a Potemkin village like every other election Bu$hCo has sponsored - and the results are already in.

Pessimist, that's my take on the next election. They have been given the green light on the '06 election after testing their thievery on the last two elections. Jesusland and T2, I hope you are right.

It would seem the dust has finally settled from the WTC distruction. Americans are begining to see the character of the man in the oval office and, suprise - he lied to stay in power. Ironic for a man elected by Christians. Brought down by that original sin of powerlust.
