Comments: Uranium from Africa and the Senate (SSCI) Report: Part 3A-6

Exactly! The dog that didn't bark like as in we are supposed to believe that the CIA "didn't tell" the VP's office about Wilson's report - even though Cheney/WH were such the eager beavers to make the Niger/YC/Iraq connection that the (dis)info just SO HAPPENED to show up in the SOTU?

How stupid do they think WE think THEY are? And if they are that stupid, then they should be impeached for not asking the CIA about the Wilson trip results!
Exellent analysis my friend.

So, the cotton-wrapped uranium in that warehouse was intended to be sold to France. Do they always receive their uranium shipments wrapped in cotton? D'OH! BTW Fletfh, if you read Wislons trstimony to the Senate in the Seante;s own report, it is obvious that VP Cheney had no clue Wilson had been sent to Niger, ostensihbly over a question Cheney posed to his daily intel briefer to get more information about the DIA Niger report from the CIA.
Nor did the VP's office know what Wilson said when he came back. The Agency didn't even debrief Wilson until after VP Cheney asked hsi briefer again, a month later, if the CIA had gotten any more information.
And BTW, the CIA DIA and even reluctant INR considered Wilson's report to be junk. "Good" rating on an intel report like Wilson's is a gentleman's way of saying "keep up the fair work" in Washington DC officialdom.
