Comments: Important Downing Street Memo update

Obvious at the time but some in our so-called-liberal-media are beginning to follow London news like it was coming out of Washington and so might mention it.

Be interesting if someone actually does a column on 'just another Bush lie.'

if the downing street memmos are factual..and i believe they are..the war was and is illegal and was started under false pretense as presented to the american and british public..it is outrageous that this is not covered more through the main street media...though not surprising..these actions are impeachable and perhaps grounds for prison for many in this administration...what are the penalties for killing and maiming tens of thousands of soldiers and innocent men women and children to fulfill the ideology of the insane ..crazy bastards as colin powell called them..we went to iraq for their oil..and america and the world are a much more dangerous place because of it...someone should be held accountable

Shocking. Abolutely shocking, I tell you. To think that Bushco might have deceived us.

How much more evidence do we need before we start the immpeachment? How long till republicans look at the cost of beating Hackett and extrapolate that to the next 3 years shielding Team Bush? What's the payoff here to the repubs, Captain of a sinking ship, Fear monger in chief? When do the republicans look in the mirror and say Hey I don't wanna live like this anymore?

Am I the only one who finds it strange that Robin Cook suddenly died in a remote corner of Scotland?

argus,

No, you're not the only one. Reminded me of the British scientist who had leaked to the BBC and was being questioned, so he went for a walk and turned up dead. Plane crashes and death by walking will be overtaking heart disease as the number one killer.
