Comments: See Dick Lie (Again, and Again, and Again....)

One of Big Time's draft deferments (3rd or 4th?) was obtained because he became a father. Just prior to that Selective Service announced that it would begin drafting childless married men. Imagine that! Chemical Cheney actually had to screw that crone douchbag wife of his to stay out of the Army. What a fucking Patriot! Give him a fucking medal. Purple Heart or Medal of Freedom, you decide.

I just can't handle more military analysis from this chickenhawk. Why anyone thought we were better off with Bush and Cheney in office after 9/11 is beyond me.

Every Bush supporter I know shares one common characteristic: Rank Political Stupidity.

It's not coincidence.

You relied upon an Al Qaeda operative that Rummy’s DIA said was quite possibly a fabricator in early 2002 for your Saddam-Al Qaeda training link claims.

It's worse than you know. The CIA also said that he couldn't possibly know what sort of training was taking place. And he was tortured in order to obtain this false information. This is al-Libi we are talking about who was sent to Egypt to be tortured.

Dangerous Dick is lying so frequently that I'm sure WH phychologists are truly worried about his ability to differentiate between reality and his current world. If we are lucky, one more blatant lie, and be sent away for evaluation.

It is really hard to believe that Shorter Dick is the lifetime president of the American branch of Don't Kick a Puppy.

Mr. 19% does it again...and guess who else wasn't in Iraq ...all the masterminds and hijackers that caused 9/11 you Dick. Please Dick, just where is Wanted Dead or Alive Osama Bin Forgotten? How many days has it been Dick.

Big Time 5 Deferments takes the cake for all things evil...God what a mean SOB...I am thoroughly ashamed that he is our VP and even more disgusted that he doesn't give a damn that he is lying his ass off everytime he opens his mouth all the while thousands have died and more will die under his "leadership". ARRRRGggghh Did I mention how much I despise this administration lately.

Since I am on a rant...another thing that absolutely irks me about him is that he looks WAaaayyyyy older than 63. He looks like he is 80...he acts like he's two..but looks 80. Fuck the good cop bad cop routine with the majority of the electorate already stating they were lied to I don't imagine they will change their opinion just because Big Dick loudly repeats the same lies. It won't work. Watch for Bushco's numbers to go down even further. Worst. Administration. Ever.

I can't help but think that this is good for war opponents. Aside from Scooter Libby, can there be anybody less credible in Washington than Big-Time Dick? And credibility issues aside, the man simply radiates malevolence. BushCo apparently thinks trotting out Cheney to attack the opposition is their best option right now, but from my standpoint, the more Dick Cheney stands up for them right now, the worse they look.

dick cheney is the real deal ..an honest to goodness through and through piece of shit...a reptile with no empathy..got rich off of the american taxpayer and his ties to the military using halliburton...but the man believes in less government and tax cuts for the rich..as he said to o'neil .it's their due...he is to me is a truly repulsive human being and i am ashamed that he is our vice president...i hope he dies a nasty death and rots for all eternity in hell...should i ever get the chance i would love to water the flowers on his grave...

Nothing will grow for you to piss on on the barren patch of ground chosen to recieve Cheney's unearthly remains.

Big Time on the stirring up of the hornets' nest:

"They overlook a fundamental fact: We were not in Iraq on September 11th, 2001 -- and the terrorists hit us anyway."

This, literally, makes no sense at all. It advances no coherent argument about 9/11 and/or Iraq.

I've got no problems with Big Time's lying -- that's SOP for this crowd. But this non sequitur, in combo with Dear Leader's heading for the locked door in China and Rumsfeld's complete intellectual collapse on CNN, may indicate these boys have well and truly hit the wall. And only three more years to go.

As for the way Big Time's looking these days -- he's on pace in his evolution from human being to something resembling Jabba the Hut.

The problems are the press won't ask Bush and Cheney real questions.

Ask them about the Rendon Ops. Did Bush and Cheney know our tax dollars were used to pay Rendon and his cronies to push for war?

Ask them about Rove and his deal with Fitzgerald. Did Bush know Rove pleaded guilty to lying to save his own ass ?

So many qustions but the press won't ask. So we are back to she said/he said which help Bush and Cheney.

Too much red meat.

I saw a cool, yet simple, bumpersticker today:

DON'T
BE A
DICK

Posted by Sharon at November 21, 2005 03:07 PM

Unfortunately, there are lower forms (like many of the trolls) that will buy this dillusional non-sense and go out a repeat it!

Posted by smooth at November 21, 2005 03:11 PM

Dick should be impeached first!! He should be impeached for treason and incompetence!!!! Then, his idiot sidekick should be impeached. I can understand why Halliburton was hurting under his leadership. If Dick didn't have dumb taxpayers picking up Halluburton's tab, he and Halliburton will be out of business.

Posted by smooth at November 21, 2005 03:15 PM

Steve,
Honestly, I don't think anyone cares what Cheney says anymore. Of course, everytime they trot out Cheney to make the case, it helps us more.

Posted by Ga6thDem at November 21, 2005 03:22 PM

Ga6thDem, I agree. Let the fat head dick talk all he wants. The more he denies that intelligence wasn't fixed, the better it is for us. Dick helps to keep the subject up front and in the news.

Next time you see BigTime 5 in person, say hello, with all 5 fingers. Those 5 deferments taught him that he could get away with anything, as long as he could come up with an excuse. Let him know that you know it too.

He mentioned the president does not lie! When was the only time this president told the truth to us?

Someone has just passed the following trick, it is quite good...
1) go out of http://www.google.com.
2) Type the word "Failure".
3) Click on "I am feeling lucky"
4) Do not laugh too hard. but it fits.
5 ) circulate the word before the guys at Google do fix the problem!!!

Posted by not stupid at November 21, 2005 06:14 PM

Arrrrr!

There's that classic PIRATE POSE!

Again!

Posted by bushblowsturdblossom at November 21, 2005 06:15 PM

As you watch and listen to Dick Cheney, just think "Spiro Agnew."

The man's words deserve to be taken with the same level of regard as any that spewed from Agnew.

5 ) circulate the word before the guys at Google do fix the problem!!!

Actually, I'd bet they know all about this particular result, and they're leaving it be. They're probably doing their part to "fix the problem," if you catch my drift.

They are known to have a high opinion of their own analytical capabilities.

Did this strike anyone else of a particularly ironic case of projection? Or was he just getting raw data off the gossip line because he thought he was better than the analysts at doing their job? hahahahaha...

For Steve and informed commenters, two questions:

1) By the time the letter was sent, Blix and al Baradei had already done a bang up job of showing that nothing was really there. The jig was up on
any real al Qaeda link (the `poison' camp in Kurdistan mentioned in Powell's speech was rapidly debunked by the folks who lived there and laughable to anyone who knew where the no fly zones were). My question is this: did the resolution plus the constitutional powers of the POTUS as commander in chief render neuter any congressional ability to stop the war at this point? I am basically wondering out loud whether this was the real point of cowardice.

My own impression is that while some of the senators may have been seen as cynical in October there was a defensible point of view that the inspections ought to be carried out and the threat of American invasion was sufficient to instigate new inspections. Bush himself stated publicly in that time frame that he did not view war as inevitable. I myself would have agreed with Byrd on the particulars of this resolution, and with senators who favored a decoupling of the support for a buildup with the explicit authorization for war.

2) As you have stated, and was also emphasized by John Dean, the March 18 letter really provides the grounds for impeachment. The key point is the second requirement--about this being consistent with going after those responsible for the 9/11 attacks. By this point, the administration was well aware of the flimsiness of this line of reasoning, and even Bush himself admitted publicly after the repeated dissembling of Cheney that Saddam had nothing to do with 9/11. Did he not do himself in with that statement in view of the requirement of the resolution on this issue?
