It might be a tad early for most folks to understand what this is about. You might check back again in a few days with further developments. Even the mayor still has doubts about why this is happening. Allow some time for his Chief of Police to dig something up and we'll see if the suspicions are true.

OK - NOW there is a reason to be concerned. According to this article (toward the end) Philadelpia recently passed a resolution against the USA Patriot Act. This in itself isn't that unusual for a large city passing such a resolution as Chicago most recently did, but I think that Philadelphia is one of the few with a Black mayor in a tight race with a Republican.
This is beginning to smell like CREEP didn't die.
