Comments: As Shia Death Squads Roam, Lieberman And Bush Hear No Evil, See No Evil

Why are the top Dem Senators from Delaware and Connecticut such assholes? Really!

Tomorrow's speech by Commander Empty Flight Suit is just more Bu$hCo Kabuki.

Cowboy-diplomicy south american style comes to mess-o-potania. So good for our image, so enriching of the human condition.

Surely our invisable cloud being will allow us to triumph over their testament-challenged cloud being.

In any script,is this ever going to end well?

I hope the boomers are satisfying their gold-lust and war-envy, otherwise this god-awfull mess will have had no value whatsoever, never mind all the wonderfull blowback yet to be experience.

Thanks boomers....way to to spend the family savings on war porn.

It would appear that Joe and George have moved past kissing to full-out buttfucking.

Lieberman's not a democrat; he's is a neocon. His first allegiance is to Israel.

Isn't religion wonderful. Two sects hate each other's guts because of a dispute over the Prophet's successor 1400 years ago. Go figure. Oh, and George Bush is a f*cking idiot.

Riverbend has some recent posts (Nov 25 and Nov 18) about the mood and assassinations in the Sunni area. The whole situation sounds very ominous.

Shia death squads. I knew the death squad thing would come up. It always does. It's Nicaragua-dreaming all over again for the left.

Hello! This is what Zarqawi wants you to think. Thaks for playing into his hands. He sends some terrorists dressed in Iraqi uniforms to kill a few Sunnis in hopes of inciting a civil war - and you all go right along.

But not you, HindEnd, because your information comes from being there, fighting alongside the noble Iraqi security forces. How else could you know so much about what the Z-man is doing, and even thinking? Have you told the CIA about your breakthrough?

Oh, but wait Repack my friend; didn't you know that Hindu knows more sitting on his ass in his chair than the people on the ground over there?

It was a real full court press in the MSM yesterday on the fabulous, almost overnight, gains made in battling the Sunni insurgency.

Iraqi government officials were trotted out with scads of information on how many Sunni resistance groups (except ex-Baathists and Zarqawi, of course) CAN'T WAIT to lay down their arms. Talks underway everywhere. All in the last two weeks!!

The facts are starting to get pretty murky. And way too many reporters are, even now, simply administration stooges.

But my prejudice is that all of this was preparation for Glorious Leader's big speech today.

"And who are the only ones who are coming out and standing with Israel? The evangelical Christians," Eckstein says. Eckstein acknowledges Foxman's fear about the erosion of church-state separation, but thinks any danger posed by the American religious right pales beside the threats to Israel. "Jews need to always be on guard for their survival as Jews, and for their rights as Jews here in America, but I don't believe that those rights are threatened to the point that Jewish leaders like Abe Foxman should try to galvanize the Jewish community and start a battle with a constituency that includes the president of the United States, and that includes such a large part of the Republican Party and such a large part of America," he says. "I don't think it's reached that point that Jews should be alienating their greatest friends in the real battle of Jewish survival."

Thats funny,"the evangelicals"; who only think nonchristians are destined for the lake-of-fire.
