Comments: Media Update: Judy Says Blame The CIA; Brown Says Don't Blame Woodward; Kudos For Olbermann

Judy's defense has always been that she is "only as good as her sources." Something we should also be hearing soon from old Bob. Silly us, we thought journalists were supposed to evaluate the general credibility of sources and only if they pass that test (Chalabi would have failed) then analyze, evaluate and verify what they say.

I almost detest these people more than Bush and Cheney.

IMO, that's cool. Despising the lapdog more than the master is not a necessarily bad thing.

Matthews should get a barrage of e-mails for this "bipartisan" corruption nonsense.

I'm off to send one.

The Tina Brown article is a gem, especially since Brown misses the irony of her own opinion. It's hard to decide what's worse. Her "pincer assaults of the fact-free ethical anarchy of the blogosphere" comment or that Bobby's "stenography" is actually needed in order to get the "confessions." Girls and boys, she's finally snapped.

Olbermann gets upwards of 10 viewers a night, beating out all the other shows no one watches on the MSNBC, the network that no one watches.

He's at what #20 just in cable news? But I guess MSNBC is like NPR, catering to the highly intellectual minority in this country...

Hindu, once again giving us ample proof that it's anatomically impossible to read the numbers in the linked story when his head is buried up his ass....

it's difficult to tell exactly what is THE problem,
but the media is definitely part of it, that's for sure.
tina brown renews her credentials for cluelessness.
and i see nothing in an overview of the man's life work for which one should be deferential to woodward. he hackified himself long ago. but, wait! richard cohen should be weighing in shortly on his behalf.

MSNBC broadcasts such right wing luminaries as Tucker Carlson, Joe Scarborough, Chris Matthews, Pat Buchanan, so it must be said they cater to the anti-intellectual moonbat contingent like you. At one time they had a moderate program broadcast by Phil Donahue that they cancelled and replaced with some right-wing loser. Olbermann had a previous program there as well and was let go after he ridiculed Drudge and Goldberg mère. It's a sickening network.

It's increasingly difficult to find any media that isn't an outlet for right-wing propaganda. If it weren’t for the current internet, we would be overwhelmed.

Ok Soto, I read the rankings you posted again, and Olbermann is still #20. Wait, just read it again and .. he's still 20.

Have to hand it to him #20 is really high for a show that airs on msnbc.
