Comments: If We Want To Win, Let's Start Working Together Now

The left demanding accountability and accuracy from the media is like Hitler demanding the same from Leni Reifenstahl.

The MSM hs been regurgitating and propagating the lies of the left for decades now. Why do you want them to start telling the truth now?

accountability and accuracy from the media

That's like a neo-con fuck like you claiming sentience. You are as dumb as a fucking rock and continually prove it.

We are busy kicking your neo-nazi asses. Hurry, run to FOX and get your next talking point! Hurry, make some comments about Broke Back Mountain like Rush the Lush does. You see, I listen to the same lies you do. I just know they are lies. Don't believe what your media tells you. We're about to fillibuster your ass flat. Believe it. And conservatives are going to help! They hate you neo-cons as much as we do. Why? They are patriots. You are simply a fuck.

Why do you want them to start telling the truth now?

So you admit they are not currently telling the truth?

Steve,

Good post and excellent ideas. Obviously, I disagree with many of your comments regardin the media being right wing, but overall the strategy you envision is excellent.

Now my take is this.

There is no way in Hell, the National Democratic Party is gonna do a damn thing different. To do so would mean that they would have to let go of some of thier power.

The Beltway Democrats did not give you DEAN's candidacy, you grabbed it and ran with it. You in the blogesphere made DEAN prime time. But you did it somewhat secretively. Noone knew you guys were even out that, at least the power you weilded.

Now you have to try to do it again. I just don't think the BELTWAY Dems are gonna lay down for you.

I think many will act like they are listening, ie. Kerry and Clinton regarding filibuster-feigning interest only when its too late to actually do something...

So keep up the good work. I know I've explained my position and its clear, the enemy of my enemy is my friend.

I think the more that the Sinking Ship called the Democratic Party moves left, the more it takes on water and then sinks faster....

I know I can be sardonic, but I'm not. This is truely my belief. Now for me to convince the moderates and religious fanatics to stay at home and give us a true conservative in the 2008 primaries.... if only.

VandeHei:

The question Democrats will debate over the next few years is whether the prevailing views of liberal activists on the war, the role of religion in politics and budget policies will help or hinder efforts to recapture the presidency and Congress.

Consider that a rhetorical warning.

Why is the Democratic establishment saying to the party to shut up about the war? Because they are trying to slow the split between people who read The Left Coaster and the bulk of the party. The establishment knows they their best shot at the White House is Hillary ---and they can't have troublemakers like you guys making things uncomfortable for HRC.

The fix is in. The longer it takes for y'all to realize that, the harder it's going to be to to make a unified front against McCain.

Posted by Toby Petzold at January 28, 2006 03:43 PM

Why don't you guys just come up with ideas that the American people can embrace, instead of being the "anti-everything-Bush-says-or-does party".

Don't get me wrong. A little constructive criticism is OK, but you folks have gone just bat-shit crazy.

*****

The fix is in...by your rotten, corrupt, anti-American Diebold et al.

Hillary is rightwing bait. Sorry, not biting. Go ahead and run McCain. I can't wait to ruin that two-faced jekyl & hyde son of a bitch. He sealed his fate during the 2004 campaign.

The 2008 campaign is going to be ugly, real fucking ugly, and you Rovian scum are going to be on the wrong end of it. Karma's a bitch, and you fucks are the reason why.

Take your disingenous "advice" and ram it up your ass.

It's about frikkin' time you got on this bandwagon, Steve - but not too late to make some noise, at least. I tried to say something yesterday, but the trolls had taken over the place like a band of Dementors circling the threads. It was depressing.

It's time to ignore the trolls. Do not allow them to succeed in their goal, which is basically to disrupt, distract, and demoralize. Fuck 'em all, we got better things to do.

The MSM hs been regurgitating and propagating the lies of the left for decades now. Posted by dipshit
Are you referring to the vast right wing media? The cable networks, MSNBC, Fox, and CNN all of which propagate RNC talking points. Or perhaps you are referring to talk radio, the hate filled 24/7 Republican noise machine. Maybe you are referring to the print media, those corporatist Republican newspapers like the Chicago Tribune, the Washington Post, or the New York Times, all of which publicans dozens of false stories favoring Bush's war in Iraq? Dang, what liberal media could you be reading, because none of the rest of us can find it.
Now my take is this. … Posted by carpediem
Now, to be fair an honest, no one really cares about your take on anything. Time and time again, you have been shown to be utterly clueless.
