Comments: Has Patrick Fitzgerald Obtained A Silver Bullet Against Alberto Gonzales?

Not only do I think it's a potential bombshell on Gonzales, but this has potential nuke capability on Cheney and (God, no way could this be true?!?!?!?) even Bush. Bush is a long shot, and even Cheney is a long shot, so I'll be more than happy to settle with Gonzales.

But I think this is also a telling message to Libby's lawyer, who is trying to play hardball with Fitz by asking for every piece of evidence obtained by Fitz so they can find some hole for Libby to crawl out of. To me it seems like Fitz took a nice little backhand bitchslap on Libby's lawyer with this, effectively telling him just how little chance he's got to get out of this.

I dunno. I was pretty convinced that Fitz. didn't play politics whatsoever. In some sense, I am pleasantly surprised to be possibly wrong. In any case, this is one serious warning shot across the bow with anyone that tries to cross Fitz.

This sucker's alive and kickin'.

This is good news from Fitzpatrick. However, Prosecutor Noel Hillman on the Tommy DeLay scandal has been retired by Bush to a judgeship. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. The President is "fixing" the system and getting away with it AGAIN.

Bush lies. Bush spies.
Jesus cries. Democracy dies.

Jesus ise-off

There are Jesus-Bush ties.
At Jesus, they threw pies.
Dead Jesus drew flies.
Come Easter, he'll rise.
All-knowing and wise.
(Douglas J sighs)

I wish Fitz would hurry up - I'm having perp-walk withdrawels.

This one won't fly. As a computer worker I can tell you that it is very easy to get something screwed up so that regular backups don't occur or that a few e-mails are deleted with no backup copies. It's just too easy to do by accident.

As much as I'd like everyone in the Bush admin to be tried and convicted in the World Court for many many crimes, this evidence or hint of evidence won't make it as such.

Still, the prosecutor should follow it up on the off chance someone(s) will testify that e-mail was destroyed deliberately.

If wishing made it so then Bush would be a Christian. He ain't. Wishing don't make it so and neither does this.

Maybe that Miranda dude accidently deleted them when he was stealing the Dems' emails and files way back when, huh?
