Which is the greater threat to free speech and free expression: the JCS criticism of the Toles cartoon in the WaPo; or the violent Muslim protests over cartoons depicting Muhammed in European newspapers?

In America, that would be who is going to lose their rights to free speech, however tacky it is percieved by the powers to be.

The JCS going off on the WaPo certainly has a greater chilling affect here in the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave, where we all actually live (save for our foreign visitors of course!), than the latest fundy turmoil over there.

Perhaps the JCS should get their fucking act together and win a war instead of bending over for Hot Karl, von Rumsfeld and their Chickenhawk military abusers, and spend less time feigning outrage over a cartoon that takes them to task for their rank incompetence.
