I don't know any of the particulars about this RFID stuff, but 20 years ago I worked in a hospital supply company that used radio frequency for industrial purposes. At that time, RF had to be shielded VERY WELL, otherwise there were serious, serious medical consequences for people working around it. Fortunately, I was not one of those people. Males were at risk of testicular problems, though I cannot remember which problems.
Whether they have ironed out these kinds of problems since then, I have no idea. But the very idea of using RF around people, such as RFID, makes me want to warn everyone to find out the very best information they can find before subjecting themselves to such a procedure as implanting RFID capsules under the skin.
This reeks of an idea that will come back to haunt people in a future medical way.
