As a liberal Christian I enjoy your comments. So many people don't realize that with the culture of corruption overtaking even the religious right, the left has a chance to make a strong case based on moral issues. Scince the death of Martin Luther King, the obligation to care for the less fortunate has been sucessfully portrayed by the corporate media and their allies in a negitive light. The type of horrors we've seen to poorer New Orleans residents after Katrina and continuing today are the logical outcomes of economically immoral policies. Thanks again for your insights.
