Would my current notary stamp be more useful to them in carrying out their graft and corruption?

I don't think your notary stamp would interest them, Al. After all, if Hizz Hindni$$ would sign a bill into law that never passed the Congress, then a notary stamp would just be another indication that the law exists and is supposed to mean something. That never sits well with fiat rulers who issue diktats.
