Watch for us in the playoffs, baby!!
Posted by zennurse at April 11, 2006 10:23 PMThe problem here is the Washington Post. not Jane Hamsher. Why is she the focus of this snarky post?
Add Dave Sheinin's comments to the discussion, and everyone else updates and links to you. So Jane missed something. You found it.
Keep your eye on the ball.
Posted by Joel at April 11, 2006 11:50 PMReally, larre. You're awful harsh on Jane. What's that all about?
Do you think that this story even means anything?

Gol-ly, buncha curmudgeons aroud here... Lighten up, kiddos!
Posted by Simplify at April 12, 2006 12:42 AMOk, I'll lighten up, in a second.
Folks: The Washington Post grossly underpays its mailroom employees -- a hard, dirty job. They are fighting back, and they need our help.

Posted by Joel at April 12, 2006 06:03 AMsome columnist does a one-liner in an on-line chat, and its supposedly as significant as the published version of the dead tree edition of the Washington Post?
Get a freaking clue.
Posted by p.lukasiak at April 12, 2006 06:52 AMYes, lukasiak, it's significant. Sheinin is the Post's baseball beat writer. He's seen nearly every game played in that stadium, and he knows when a crowd is booing and how it compares to past crowds. When you factor that in with the footage and audio (not the Fox scrubbed version) with the derision and scorn clearly audible, it's pretty conclusive that Cheney got his ass handed to him by the crowd.
Freaking wingnut trolls.
