Comments: State Department Warned White House About Niger Forgeries Before 2003 State of the Union Message

I'll state the obvious. The Intellegence for the build up may have lacked depth, it may even have been outdated but the real flaws were in the system allowing the admin making the policies to cherry pick. It's sorry enough to see the intellegence community have a narrow input where they cannot influence policy, have their infor shut out and then have the admin and media turn and place all the blame solely on their heads. I'm fed up having the CIA act as a firewall for this cherry picked war strategy.
