The last time Bushco tried their "Democracy 101" story-time, Pooty responded with elaborate analyses of our asinine electoral college, how it "operated" in 2000 to frustrate the popular vote, and how Russia doesn't have its supreme court pick who won its national elections.
That seemed to quickly stop the Bushco "democracy" lectures, as I recall.

The really funny thing though is when they try it on other countries and leaders who are not beholden to them for money or policy decisions. They usually get their fat, lazy, greedy, contempuous asses handed back to them on a silver platter, with several new orifices. Keep on talk'in Chain-gang. By your words you expose yourself. Anything he accuses others of, you can bet the mortgage that he's trying to divert attention away from the fact that he's doing it. It's the RePigs M.O.- classic psychological projection.
