Hey politicians are all varying degrees of shitheels anyway; anyone want to argue the point? Turn your attention away from the entrenched right wing slime and listen to the Best of Blind Lemon Jefferson, Doug Sahm, Freddie King, Lightnin Hopkins, and my man Steve Earle to get a better feeling about the good side of Texas. Jesus Christ, I never thought I'd see the day when this leftwing Connecticut yankee would be defending Texas, but Im feeling magnanimous.
