deal? Funny, very funny. The deal will probably be a promotion to something completely ironic, yet completely predictable, such as a promotion to a new position designed to "restructure and restore the integrity" of the House Ethics Committee, or to a position that provides "strict oversite to government contractors" to ensure that there are no financial 'irregularities' and that no favoritism is being played based on political ideology. Now, of course if he murdered some people, then he'd be eligible for a promotion into Negroponte's job.
