If you do, be sure to add 'uses poor grammar and is dyslexic before ingesting caffeine in the morning' to my description.

Anyone wondering what a Hillary '08 campaign would be like in the media, here's a little taste.

The Post has always been a smear rag, but even that was above par. The only thing missing was a reference to the Kennedys and how Democrats have always been dogged with extra-marital affairs.

If Cook wasn't chasing young tail, the Post would be insinuating that he and Hillary keep a million dollar love nest in the Vineyard.

Chappaquiddick, baby! Hillary was the one what plied Kennedy with drink before the fatal drive.

The Maliki speech was not broadcast in HI-DEF, so no amount of squinting could detect the strings protruding from him to the pulleys on the ceiling and back down to the Dick seated directly behind him.

However, if you looked closley, you could see that Deadeye's jaw was moving in perfect unison with the translator's soundtrack.

coyote: Lighten up on Teddy, he's still being treated for submerged Oldsmobile flashback syndrome.

...What do you think?

Well Mary, I think that Frito Bandito and his ilk will probably find this type on “inside edition” revolting and will chastise you mercilessly for daring to mention it.

After all, aren’t ONLY those sitting in higher office rightful enough to have the right to see, to hear, to smell, to mouth off, and/or to touch (bomb?), whatever they well please?

Anyway, I truly couldn’t care less about, for instance, what are the sexual inclinations of the official’s I elect; or what hobbies he or she has; or what they like to eat; if they are right or left handed; or how many rifts they have with their spouses; or blah, blah, blah, of the same sort—which, sadly, in many countries is what far, too many constituents, seem to eat up.

So, yeah, I agree with you, “those folks” have come up with a great idea.

As I believe do most Lefties, I’ve always been convinced that those who are elected by the people to their positions owe the people clarity in re to the political actions they take while in office. So, having a means of finding out, for instance, what the proposals of their elected officials are or how they vote ought to help their constituents a whole lot. Particularly in the obligation that, the people, have to be as well informed as they can in such type of matters in order to exercise the best judicious form of citizenship that there is. Yep, from learning directly what is it that’s actually going on in the political arena (that’s why the “elected” are called politicians the world over), and not by learning about the political actions (or inactions) made by their “elected” from merely listening to the opinions that the media gurus may have.

In essence, this type of highly important “political watch” is also what those manning this blog (and similar others) actually do for their fellow citizens. Keep up the good work!

Pretty cool widget. mind if I pass it along?

Bustednuckles, please be my guest. I'm pretty jazzed with the fine work the Sunlight Foundation has been doing and love the fact that they have connected all the information from their great Congresspedia site to give powerful tools to us, the citizens.

Way useful! It's hard keeping over 400 Congressmen and women straight. And doing a web search every time you're unsure is frustrating. I really like it. What a time saver!
