"Macaca" is considered a high-brow racial slur - hasn't anyone heard people use "monkey" in the same way to insult someone who isn't lily white like Allen? I know I have, but then I'm from North Carolina, so I understand the good old boy network that Allen belongs to. Nicknaming is a standard bullying technique - Bush does it all the time.
