Comments: Shell Oil Tags Administration For Ignoring Global Warming

I see pessimist is still on his little pony trying to destroy the comment section of his blog. What a small, petty little blogger.

Public Employees for Environmental Reponsibility is a good site for those who want to know about the bu$h admini$tration's attempts at trying to re-write science with non-scientists.

I dunno, Steve, I'm wondering if these guys are just angling to get at the front of the line for some of the alternative fuel money the Dems will be considering once they take back the country. Hedging their bets, so to speak.

coyote,

of course they are. They see the writing on the wall. It is now economically feasible for them to change their stance. While it is far too late, I will still welcome it.

Its all driven by economics, which is unfortunate. Because by the time the economics force change in the corporate world, it is usually far too late.

Yes, the oil coyotes would love to guard the new alternative fuel henhouses, coyote.

TIKI, Simp, I'll just bet they already have a head start on that technology!

Big oil has been buying up alternative energy technology patents for years. Initially to squash them before competing (so much for free market forces, eh?) but now to continue their monopolies in the energy sector.

Well, I guess this settles the debate on peak oil.
