Posted by iamcoyote at September 9, 2006 09:19 AMI'm concerned about the poll on Americans thinking that there will be more gridlock in Washington if Democrats are elected to Congress!
WTF, there is so much gridlock currently with the repukes running it. The rubber stamp has to stop!

SOS, wait'll October when we'll be seeing Cheney warn the people that if they vote Dem, there will be another terrorist attack. You ain't seen nuthin' yet!
Oh wait, we saw this in 2004. And the Disney propaganda is the new Swift Boating campaign. Let's hope we the people turn the channels on this rerun.

Posted by iamcoyote at September 9, 2006 09:49 AMI don't get it, Rep. Steve Buyer (R-IN), Chairman of the House Committee on Veterans' Affairs is supposed to be protecting our Veteran's rights but he votes against saving retirees money. He is in favor of saving the government money over the Veteran. I'm certainly glad it did not pass but he was one of 30 in the House who voted in favor of it.
Will it really cost Pharmaceutical companies that much to do their part and help care for our Veterans?
This is why we need a change in Congress! We need to put Democrat's in charge of the Committees that will help Americans!

Posted by tempus at September 9, 2006 10:20 AMIf you read anything about totalitarian regimes, such as Orwell's 1984, you'll see that rewriting of history--both past and recent--is essential to authoritarians. ABC is not just Swiftboating, it is doing Karl Rove's Ministry of Propaganda's work. Let's face it, we now live in a fascist society.
Posted by itstoolate at September 9, 2006 10:47 AMon the abc docu-smentary, won't the dems be able to use the fcc to start whipping abc this way and that if they regain control of the congress and the senate?
