Comments: Pakistan Releases Taliban and Al Qaeda

Remarkable turn of events!
You don't think that this was coordinated for future criminal investigation's do you? Example: Maybe they were released so they can be tracked.
If only bu$hco was that smart.

This simply means that the US and allies now have a free-hand in the borderlands between Pakistan and Afghanistan.

The war in Afghanistan should have been done four years ago with an emphasis since then on rebuilding. But that would require a president who doesn't put one war on the back burner while pursuing another war we didn't need while letting the guy who attacked us on 9/11 get away.

Still, perhaps Secretary of State, Condi Rice, can save the situation? Alas, she's busy doing interviews on the Rush Limbaugh show. No doubt, instead of doing her job, she'll be doing photo ops for Bush until the midterm elections. What a fiasco the Bush presidency has become.

Perhaps by January, we'll have a Congress that can start pressuring our incompetent president to do his job the way it's supposed to be done and otherwise halt the damage he's doing to our country.

We should be flooding the skies over the Islamic Emirate of Waziristan with Predator surveillance aircraft, looking for terrorist training camps and then calling in Rolling Thunder airstrikes with B-52s.

Oh, wait, or we could pull out Predator surveillance aircraft from the Middle East "War on Terror" war zone and redeploy them to places like Ellington AFB outside of Houston Texas (do a Google), since the Bush administration would much rather not fight them over there when we could be fighting them closer to home. (Saves on fuel charges).

Yippee! We'll take troops from Iraq and send them in!! That worked so well when we took troops from Afghanistan and sent them to Eye-rq. Eh, bagley? It worked so damn well!

Oh, wait, or we could pull out Predator surveillance aircraft from the Middle East "War on Terror" war zone and redeploy them to places like Ellington AFB outside of Houston Texas (do a Google),

Or even better. You fire the people who know how to operate them!

Hey bagley, explain the budget cuts to the Air Force that fires 40,000 people, active duty and otherwise, when we are at war. What the fuck is that about? Or the cut to the Army in communications? Or the cuts to Army and Marines in benefits (you know, to get them in line with private business. No one gets benefits...period).

Are you people fighting a war? Oh....I forgot!!! Halliburton, KBR, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, General Dynamics, United Technologies, Science Applications International Corporation, TRW (acquired by Northrop Grumman, 12 Dec 2002), Health Net, L-3 Communications Holdings, Honeywell Inc., Hughes, Rockwell, Textron, etc, fucking etc, fucking etc - ad infinitum, need their share of the tax pie to keep us safe as you morons cut spending to the services and increase spending to corporations. Good job! You people are flushing America at a quick rate. How did I miss the part about greed, corporate enrichment and brutality in your campaign platform? Was that in the fine print?

Why do you people hate America so much that you are willing to just stand by and say nothing, do nothing, and offer-up nothing but pious platitudes for these felons? How can you do that? Do you have no moral compass, just like those you support? Are you locked into some messianic belief system about these people? I assure you, you are delusional if you are.

So, bagley. Who would jesus torture? You?
