Comments: October Is Deadliest Month Since January 2005

I heard the story about the missing weapons in Iraq. And then I heard the leader of the Iraqi forces saying that they had no big weapons. According to him, if Iraq just had bigger and more weapons, they could beat the insurgency. So, either we're giving the Iraqis bb guns, or they want us to give them every weapon possible. Now, let's see what has happened in the past where we gave leaders of middle east countries weapons....hm.

Are WE supplying the insurgency with our inability to keep track of our weapons? Are we purposely giving weapons to the insurgency? Is a division of KBR selling the weapons on the side?

Accountability. A word this administration can't define.

I believe we are the largest supplier of arms to the middle east. These missing weapons were probably just samples.

That picture expresses the anguish of a grieving family. Bush doesn't care about the loss of our sons and daughters in Iraq. The only thing he cares about is his power.

As a mother, and I speak mother to mother often with people here in rural Michigan, where alot of our sons and daughters are fighting this war are from, and they're done with this. They see no end to this, they see no end to conforting eachother over their shared grief. They're angry. And they are ready to lash out at the people who put their kids in this situation with no end in sight.

Goddamit, Nero was FLYING that barstool, at least till he was "grounded" for failing that damn lib'rul physical! Be fair!

We have 145,000 soldiers "policing" 16 million shi'ites and sunnis who are a bit, um, dissatisfied with the current sichu-ashun. What exactly can our troops do with such a "force ratio"?

All they can do is be targets, they have no other options, thanks to the blind drunk incompetence and denial of Mr. George W. Bush, W.P.E. (Worst President Ever) and his egomaniac "Defense" secretary, the scowling super-historic-failure Herr Feld Marschall Donald von Rumsfeld, future Medal-of-Freedom recipient, with oak leaves and diamond clusters.

700,000 Iraqis dead, 23,000 dead and wounded Americans, jihadist terror recruits way, way up, no end in sight. Indeed, the death and destruction is on the increase.

What can be said? Why Stay-the-Course(lite) of course!

A horse is a horse, of course, of course,
and no on can talk to a horse of course,
that is, of course, unless the horse is the famous Mr. George.

Go right to the source and ask the horse
He'll give you an answer no one will endorse
He's always on a steady course
Taaalk to Mr. George....

(repeat indefinitely....)

Hey, it's election time. Osama should be making a speech shortly, say around the 4th or 5th.

"George W. Bush, a man who avoided combat by hanging onto a barstool in Alabama." And a man too cowardly and scared to even dignify the men and women who die under his command by attending a funeral once in a while.

How dare you use this photo of a grieving family for your political agenda to tug on the heart strings of other bleeding heart liberals.

I was at the services for Pvt. Lopez to honor & respect both him and his family for his sacrifice.

Whether you believe being there is right or wrong, it is neither here nor there. What is wrong however is how you use this photo.

Disrespectful. Where in your little blog is your "Thank you for your service, Pvt. Lopez."??? Yeah...forgot that, didn't you...just like soon, you'll forget Pvt. Lopez's name...but I and everyone else there that day never will.

It was his job. It was what he signed up for, and it was what he believed in. He wasn't and isn't on your "side". Quit trying to skew it otherwise.

Semper Fi Pvt. Lopez. Thank You.
