Welcome back Muckdog, ready for another internet ass-beating?
Posted by sf at October 31, 2006 11:12 PMSo typical! Just more deceit from another Republican. What is it with these guys that they just can't be straight forward and honest? Good for you Steve for exposing the latest Muck fraud.
Posted by Judith at November 1, 2006 04:00 AMDem electoral prospects indeed seem bright if many polls are to be believed. However, there are absolutely no methods Republicans will not employ to circumvent the actual poll that counts on Nov 7th. Allegations of tinfoil paranoia abound when talk of Diebold, voter suppression, late opening/early closing precincts, purging of legal voters from registration rolls and a host of other gambits surface in the run up to the election. Republicans are mostly successful at portraying talk of such shenanigans as so much mindless drivel. Mark my word, between employing such devices and litigating a few close races this election will be much closer than the looming blowout prognosticators devine.
Posted by steve duncan at November 1, 2006 05:12 AMGee, mucky, how can we miss you if you won't go away?
Posted by iamcoyote at November 1, 2006 05:16 AMIt's sad when your credibility is so low that anything you put your name to will be dismissed outright.
Posted by muckcat at November 1, 2006 05:44 AMThe actual 1948 headline was "Dewey Defeats Truman".
Muckdog (like most Republicans) never could get the facts straight.
And I bet most defeated Democratic incumbents outspent their Republican challengers in 1994.
Posted by euzoius at November 1, 2006 06:04 AMMuckcat, where have you been? Welcome back.
Posted by Judith at November 1, 2006 06:05 AMIt's a long story Judith.
But rest assured, I've been around. ;)
Posted by muckcat at November 1, 2006 06:08 AMY'know, I have two words for Mucky, but I'd rather keep them to myself instead of giving the clueless bastard any ideas. Our amusement is dependent on the idiot's continued stupidity.
Those dying to know what I'm talking about can email me.
Posted by idiosynchronic at November 1, 2006 06:18 AMI\'m mean it\'s not like it\'s all that hard, y\'know?
Posted by muckdawg at November 1, 2006 06:23 AMGosh, muckcat, long time, no see! Idio - email me the scoop this instant!
Posted by iamcoyote at November 1, 2006 07:23 AMmuckdog! Long time no see. Stop fucking around with the nom du jours and post just like the other conservatives who support a failed ideology. How's that economy...for the top 10% of folks? Seems to suck in the cheap seats, eh?
You, bendito, bag-bot and peter need to get together for Thangsgiving and do your "Ass Clowns on Parade" routine. You could have a float that shows you guys keeping the necessary supplies from soldiers in Iraq while some paper mache soldiers get IED'd! Maybe a lovely diorama of you guys taking money from an old sick person and giving to a drug company and calling it "Medicare Drug Reform". No! I got it! You could show a 15 year-old Iraqi boy getting it in the ass from an American interrogator, a guy stuffed upside-down in a sleeping bag getting beaten with clubs, and a little girl being waterboarded! Put a big banner on it saying "Your Constitution Marches Forward to the 21st Century! Courtesy of: Conservatives." Do it in some really pretty flowers, make the ass-fucking scene an animatronic, and get the biggest most gas guzzling SUK-V to pull the float around! Cooool!
Posted by phidipides at November 1, 2006 08:17 AMHey p-dippy - you forgot scout's "the world's gonna end in 2011, but just in case, I made a killing in Halliburton stock."
I can see the parade at Mardi Gras next January, can't you?

Quite the 'Daisy Chain'!
Posted by Seven of Six at November 1, 2006 09:43 AMI can see the parade at Mardi Gras next January, can't you?
Indeed I can! To get beads people will have to look at the "Conservatism is Fascism Only More Fun!" float and scream, "Show us you're asnine!"
Posted by phidipides at November 1, 2006 11:20 AMQuite the 'Daisy Chain'!
No problem for those circle jerks.
Posted by phidipides at November 1, 2006 11:21 AMThe things I've loved about Muckdog's site and his contributions here are his integrity, honesty, and his ability to teach with understanding, compassion, and a sense of humor.
He taught me that a dollar earned should be a dollar kept so that I can save and invest in my retirement accounts and for my kids' college savings fund. I want my kids to be smart, because John Kerry says dumb kids get stuck in Iraq.
I hope ol' Muckdog will continue to drop in and say hello to us here, no matter what IP address or nickname he is using.
Agreed?
Posted by at November 1, 2006 07:01 PMmuck, Just use your regular name! We will have so much more respect for you!
When you get out of line or say something outrageous we can yell "dogpile"!
You must be happy with the stock market.
Housing bubble is starting to deflate though, like many of us predicted.
Let's be honest if you have money to invest things are good. If your just getting by things are tough.
Have you noticed that gas prices are starting to creep back up. They didn't even wait for the election to get overwith.
I noticed you having a few rough weeks on football picks. Good luck!
