Julie L. Goon: What an apropos name for someone willing to do Bush's and Big Pharm's dirty work.

Yes, I believe her sister, Ima, works for them as well.

Let me see. I bet democrats and the congress-weasels handle this like Franks is handling the minimum wage thing. Get in bed with Big Pharma early, collect every dime K Street can scrape up, and then trade something like allowing medicines known to kill 50% of the people using them -but are very profitable- for government negotiation on the price of Tylenol and over-the-counter antifungals. I smell a done deal.

Yeah, but would the government negotiating low-cost be similar to price controls? Those aren't too efficient at increasing supplies or reducing costs. Usually cause shortages and high costs.

Just sayin'... Be careful what you wish for. You may just get it.

1. Get rid of the "donate hole."

2. Negotiate lower drug pricing.

3. Stop the escalating cost of Medicare Part D. Just found out that my Part D Plan, in one year, has gone up 100%.
