What's Kucinich--chopped liver?

I don't know much about Mike Gravel, but what I do know makes me want to learn more.

If the man is half the legend, I think I might be in love.

Yes, I wish I'd saved my Kucinich 2004 t-shirt.

I like him a lot but, he's not viable.

If Obama comes back from R&R and tosses his hat in the race, Hillary may decide not to challenge him.

She only enters races she's sure of winning.

I got one for ya. New Mexican Democrats want to redistrict the three Congressional seats before the 2008 election. Seems they're frustrated that they can't oust Rep. Heather Wilson even when the Dems were gaining 30 seats. Governor Richardson has resisted in the past, but now he's willing to talk.

So, do you want to agree with Tom Delay and support the Dems of NM in their redistricting or do you want to discourage this as folly.

When it comes to foreign policy, I wouldn't forget Christopher Dodd or Wesley Clark, though neither have good numbers right now.

I now count five good Democrats who aren't running though I suppose Al Gore can't entirely be counted out. Kerry is not out yet; he's a good man but he needs to bow out and focus on what he can do in the Senate. I hope the rest stay in through the first primary. One of the reasons we wound up with an incompetent like Bush is that he had the money sewed up long before the first primary (though the McCain we once knew still came close to upsetting him).

This country needs a debate and two candidates who put their fingers up in the air to see which way the wind is blowing isn't going to do it. Candidates without great numbers or great press should remember that the blogs and the internet give them an audience that can keep them viable far longer than was possible even ten years ago.
