Apparently the US had a plan of sending the SEALS into Norway to kidnap a Mullah Krekar, a muslim cleric, in 2003. He is generally(?) regarded as a "terrorist" but cant really be kicked out of Norway due to legal reasons. Apparently the Seals were to go into Norway Commando style but the plan was dropped because of a real fear of getting into firefights with Norwegian authorities. Now that would have been interesting....

The Combatant Status Review Tribunals are held in small, low-ceiling trailers at Guantanamo Bay. The Pentagon describes the proceedings as an administrative process, so the detainees are not allowed lawyers.
