Woukld that the Dems stop this executive order by passing some response laws in, well, response?

Instead of some sweeping bill that covers everything and needs lots of jurisdictional debate, just pass a one item bill that countermands Bush's executive order.

Of course the Senate makes that tougher, but it's worth the effort and publicity, and it makes the goppers respond to something the Democrats have done, sure in response to something Bush has done, but that's war for ya.
