After a speech, McCain was asked by an audience member if he was "sucking up to the religious right." He drew laughs by responding: "What's wrong with sucking up to everybody?"
Not a thing wrong with it McCain, if you want to be whore. Oh, and nothing wrong with sucking up to everybody, unless you have morals and integrity.
Posted by Judith at February 24, 2007 05:17 AMJudith, I am ashamed that McLame comes from my state. At the rate that people are moving to Arizona, we will eventually be able to vote him out of office, and take these paper bags off of our heads.
Mary, if we took all of the money raised by politicians to get elected and combined it with all of the money flushed down Iraq, we could...sorry, just caught myself daydreaming again.

Posted by Christopher at February 24, 2007 08:55 AMI noticed that CNN is starting to show the dead bodies and blood from Iraq.
Is it a ratings thing, or are they actually trying to help stop this madness?

[Editor: ignore=off]Did you see the clip from The View where one of the women said "Obama Bin Laden?" Hillarious.
I suppose that's what folks are thinking.
Well, at least The Straight Talk Express is telling it like it is. Hillary and Edwards are populists, changing their minds whenever the polls change. If that isn't "sucking up to everybody," then there is no such thing.
Rassmussen has Guiliani with a 9 point lead over Hillary in an 08 showdown. Pretty amazing with GOP approval ratings so low.
Posted by muckdog at February 24, 2007 11:42 AMCome on people, we're talking Austin here. One of the few remaining Democratic strongholds in Texas. With UT's 40,000 plus student body and the locals, I would have been shocked if he didn't draw huge crowds. Texas will not go for Barak, they'd go for Condi in a heartbeat.
Posted by peter at February 24, 2007 09:07 PMpeter you crack me up! Of course y'all will go for Condi, she's the bu$h family stooge!
Posted by Seven of Six at February 24, 2007 09:19 PMYeah, peter, them east TX boys'll sure go for (never-married) Condi. Just ask James Byrd.
