Gulf Countries: Deny Israel Space for Iran Attack

The Arab League said three Arab Gulf countries have denied Israel use of their air space to strike Iran.

Arab League Secretary-General Amr Mousa told reporters in Cairo the foreign ministers of Qatar, Oman and the United Arab Emirates said there is no agreement allowing Israeli jets to use their air space to reach Iran.

Taxes are bad. Tax cuts are good. Government is bad. Yes, I had to declare bankruptcy because of my child's illness. Your point being?

Oh, and support the troops! Bush is a strong president, fighting the terrorists in Iraq who attacked us! Now Iran is attacking us. Nuke those ragheads! USA! USA!

My local FOX news reported last night that "someone wants to attack NYC--and it's not Al-Qaeda". They then said that "this time, the threat comes from Iran" and went on to mention the deteriorating relationship between Tehran and Washington. Finally near the end of the report they talked about how Iranian extremists might have plans to try to attack NYC--in other words, not the gov't of Iran. But the way they put it, we were attacked by Saudi Arabia on 9/11. Of course, they'd never say that.

NPR on the drive in had a segment detailing the struggle states are having with public health care funding for the poor, disabled and unemployed. A large part of the problem was the reduction of Federal fund contributions they'd become accustomed to in previous years. The strain on the national budget caused by the military, tax cuts to the wealthy and interest on the national debt is going to only become increasingly burdonsome. Between Bin Laden's master plan to break us by a death of a thousand cuts and Bushco's greed and incompetence life in the United States is going to become a grueling slog for tens of millions more people than now struggle through.

Mr. "Compassionate Conservative." Evidently, only the children of the wealthy are important. Fuck those poor children. Maybe if their parents had worked harder, they too could take their sick children to a doctor.

Dick Cheney will outlive my fucking grandchildren. In splendor. Proof there's no god.

Wait, people - let's try to fuck up the splendor. Come on.

My taxes and fees are up. Tuition is up. No raise in 5 years. I can't use my health insurance because it will banckrupt me. All that little card does is give me permission to get past the front door without a hassle.

Surely the left doesn't need to plunder those they despise in order to help out these poster chilrun. But then it's always been more about taking than about giving.

Surely the irrational right realize that these are their future employees. Do you want them sick and stupid? Would you rather have them healthy and educated? BTW: Big business is pushing for nationalized healthcare this time around. What the left has wanted for so long is coming to us from the right. Why? The fucktards are cheap and don't want to pay for the benefits they promised. So we are getting nationalized healtcare thanks to you, bendito. Gracias!

Was he dressed as the FTD delivery guy? Cheney's been waiting on the flowers these ingrates are supposed to be throwing.

Coming from a blood sucking religiously insane Republican't, I'm certain that the psychotic ramblings of this troll will be given all the consideration that they deserve.

But don't call us, surely.

A day after Cheney tells Pakistan to get tough on terror, the Taliban almost blows him up. I'd suspect that the take-off from wherever Cheney is now will be a nail-biter - do you think the Taliban has SAM's? So in one 24 hour period, the VP's of both the US and Iraq have almost been blown up. How's that for progress, Dick?

Phidipides - ROFLMAO

It makes me wonder . . what would happen if action matched rhetoric . .

Jet Pilot: Mr Vice President, I know you've gotten accustomed to the sudden take-offs and landings, but we'll try to make your departure from Bagram as smooth as can be while present a minimum of target.

Cheney: Target? There are no insurgents, and al-Queda is on the run. Who's shooting at us? Ahmadinejad with one of his illegally imported weapons? Fuck 'im. He couldn't hit my broad ass at 3 feet. Hell, I'll shoot him in the face and watch him die. Take off normally.

Pilot: Sir? There are real weapons threats in the . .

Cheney: Did you NOT HEAR ME SOLDIER? Take off normally! I'm tired of using the goddamn airsickness bags because you retreaded fighter jocks want to show off when hauling my ass around. I don't give a fuck how fancy you fly, you cretin!

BAGHDAD, Iraq (CNN) -- A car bomb exploded Tuesday at a soccer field on the outskirts of Ramadi, killing 18 children, Iraqi TV reported.

I guess this is the "one bombing a day" that Laura Bush suggested was bumming everyone out.

Posted by ann at February 27, 2007 08:38 AM

Yeah, ann, and note that these were likely sunni children outside Ramadi, unlike the hundreds of shi'ites bombed in Baghdad's shi'ite markets and colleges since the surg-culation wheezed into effect.

So much for the decline in sectarian violence! But according to the nit-wit kiddie librarian "A bomb a day keeps withdrawal away".

O Brave New World, that hath such markets in it....

Pelosi says Bush has poor judgment and gets bad advice. Bush is just like you and me, with poor judgment and bad advice. It's nice of the Speaker to put a human face on this war criminal. I guess that means impeachment is off the table for sure.

News report:
Pelosi: Bush's Iraq "Judgment Severely Impaired"

House Speaker Says Bush, Cheney Getting Bad Iraq Advice, Not Seeing Reality

Appearing on CNN's "Larry King Live" tonight [Tuesday], House Speaker Nancy Pelosi branded the Iraq war "a massive national security blunder," said President Bush's Iraq-related judgment is "severely impaired," and said "the president and the vice president are living an illusion that is quite different from the reality on the ground in Iraq."

Pelosi said of Bush, "I don't think he's getting good advice (on Iraq)... he is receiving advice that is wrong... has been from the start."

The house speaker called on President Bush to adjust course, to withdraw US troops from combat roles, and to begin a phased drawdown of US forces.

Is the Speaker speaking if nobody listens?
